Difficult to eat too much fat...
-taste will diminish
-body: limited capacity for
absorbing fat
-bile, from liver,
-stored in galbladder
-released into small intestine
-emulsifies fat for digestion
Amount of bile is finite
[24 hours to make 800mL]
-when gone, very little fat absorption
-rest is eliminated from body

Most people going carnivore keep
drinking coffee...a laxative
-without high fiber from plants
can cause loose stools
-many artificial sweeteners are
also laxatives
If only eating animal-based...
-like: beef, butter, bacon, & eggs
-still have diarrhea, then cut
back on fatty portions
