Harnwell: The Day The War Came to America — Biden Calls Up 3,000 Reservists To Send To Ukraine

Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 of the U.S. Constitution grants *Congress* the power to declare war. This authority is therefore inalienable — no-one can take it from Congress and Congress can’t give it to anyone.

It’s time for the Supreme Court to rule the 1973 War Powers Resolution — which gives to the President limited bellicose powers — unconstitutional.

It would be one step closer to ending the ForeverWars and returning the Republic to that which the Framers intended to bequeath to their posterity.
