Ukrainian servicemen contact Russian officers on Telegram with threats, forcing the occupiers to stay on high alert, and then don't show up. This is revealed in an intercepted call published by GUR.

The call seems recent, made either shortly before or after the start of the counter-offensive.

We would like international organisations such as
@amnesty
and Red Cross to pay maximum attention to the use of thousands of convicts as cannon fodder by Russia. As revealed in the call, the trip to the frontline takes convicts longer than an actual battle where they get wounded or die, and no treatment is provided. These organisations must call for Russia to withdraw its troops from Ukraine as soon as possible and stop the genocide not only of Ukrainians but their own people.
