Should we get a lifeguard for this homeless encampment's new pool?

A notorious homeless encampment in the Highland Park neighborhood of Seattle has a new feature for summer: an above-ground swimming pool.

It's infuriating neighbors, many of them seniors, who have been waiting for the encampment to be cleared by the city since a murder took place there a month ago.
