Robin Tamang was a Nepalese singer, musician, actor and founder of rock band Robin and The New Revolution. He was also an actor, and has acted in various Nepalese films. He was well-known for playing the character of Yama Nadu in the Amazon Prime series, The Last Hour**¹. He passed away on 4 July 2023at his residence in Budhanilkantha, Nepal. He was 60 years old. He had come to Nepal in 1996, and since then he had been doing music. Some of his popular songs are Dam Maro Dam, 'Keta Keti,' and 'Bhool Ma Bhulyo.He also starred as Chewang' in the 2013 movie 'Chhadke'which gave him a new identity as an actor. He was born in Singapore and was the youngest of five siblings. His father was an officer in the British Army¹. He was a legend of Nepali rock music and will be missed by many.
