The principal judge Dr. Flavian Nzeija has urged judges and lawyers to embrace the mediation mechanism as a way of hearing cases.
Dr. Flavian Nzeija, was speaking at the opening of a two-day mediation summit for judges at all levels, to be trained on how to hear cases through the mediation system.
