" Abraham jumps right in to explain, that expression of feeling in our bodies is what connects us to our inner world. What experience is more powerful than a feeling you feel in your body? It is also the cellular expression of vibration when we feel it in our bodies. When we mediate, we leave our idea of our bodies behind for a non-body experience, so that we can get beyond the body for the releasing of this time, space, reality in that focused moment, that shows us that we are more than this physical body, and we will always be more than this physical body, but we don't always know that. So when we realize that our thinking is directly responsible for our emotions we take stock of our thoughts, and decide that we want to curate our thought in a better way. A better idea, of thinking would be to take care of how we feel, because from there, we can curate our emotions in a better way.But you ask how do I do that Liz?
