Stephen Shares Stories from Palmer Home

Stephen is in Palmer Home's Transitional Care program. This program has been a tremendous help in preparing young adults for adulthood.

They can learn valuable skills and receive resources that have helped them become more independent. The program has provided them with access to job training, life skills classes, and emotional support from caring adults.

Stephen wants to go to school to major in criminal justice. In September he will be working for the Shelby County Sheriff's department.
