June 29 2023, 4 year old girl died following vaccination, Khambhaliya, Gujarat

On the occasion of "Mamta Diwas", children were vaccinated. One such child, Varshaben, a 4 year old girl, died after being vaccinated with 3 injections.
Per immunization schedule, DPT, JE & MR vaccines are administered at 16-24 months.
