Baby hates green peas but laughs about it

My wife and I are doing our weekly experiments with integrating food in our baby's diet. My wife said let's try green peas, and my son was gagging over it. I couldn't help myself but to laugh, and he ends up laughing with me. This is such a fun stage. 7 months old.
