NEW BUKEDEA DISTRICT CHAIRPERSON MARY AKOL THREATENS TO RESIGN

Recently elected chairperson for Bukedea District Local Government Mary Akol has threatened to resign.

Citing what she terms as an unclear fate of hers, Akol says the continuous arrest of other district leaders is leaving her with no body to work with.

Her assertion comes hardly a week since the RDC, DPC among other district officials were arrested as part of investigations into the Bukedea by election mess.
