Illegal immigrants bail out of a work truck then the driver flees from the traffic stop

The driver of a work truck failed to stop for DPS Troopers in La Salle County, causing a vehicle pursuit. During the pursuit, eight illegal immigrants bailed out and ran toward the brush.

Troopers deployed a tire deflation device, the driver lost control and the pursuit ended.

The driver from the Laredo was taken into custody and is charged with smuggling of persons and evading arrest.
