IRAN PRESIDENT OFFICIAL VISIT: PRESIDENTS DISCUSS BILATERAL COOPERATION

President Ebrahim Raisi of Iran is currently undertaking a diplomatic tour in Africa with the objective of strengthening relations with various African states.
As part of this tour, President Raisi made his inaugural official visit to Uganda, where he received a warm welcome from President Yoweri Museveni at State House Entebbe.
The primary focus of the two-day state visit was to explore potential avenues of collaboration and enhance bilateral ties between Iran and Uganda. During the visit, both heads of state signed four Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), further solidifying the commitment to cooperation between the two nations.
