Dr. Millicent Black on EMF Weapons, the Single Most Insidious Threat to Mankind

This is a mind blowing interview conducted on Feb. 3, 2023, with Dr. Millicent Black, Pastor of Refuge from the Storm Church. She is an ongoing Medical/Military Experimental subject inducted into a diabolical system against her will, without her knowledge. She describes some history of these programs, what they consist of and how she came to understand she was a subject, having endured decades of physical and mental abuse and torture.
