What did Ukraine get out of the NATO summit?

Ukraine wants fast-track NATO membership, and was frustrated that the Vilnius summit didn't result in an invite. But it did win other gains, including slashed NATO red tape, security pledges and a new coordinating council. Lucy Fielder has more.
