The problem: you're not taking care of yourself. The solution: rest up! If you don't get enough rest our bodies will walk around stressed because we haven't taken the time to rest. Jesus tells us that our work is important but at the end of the day, we are to give our anxieties and problems to him so we can find rest. Focus on what actually matters; your family, your dreams that God has given you. Get out of survival mode and enter into God's rest!
