1 lb. Pasta Fettuccine
1 lb. Chicken Breast, cut into pieces
½ lb. Shrimp, deveined
1/2 lb. Andouille Sausage, sliced into half-inch-thick pieces
2 tbsp. Creole Kick
4 tbsp. Olive Oil
3/4 cup Onion, diced
3 cloves Garlic minced
1 Bay Leaf
1 medium Tomato, diced
8 oz. Tomato Sauce
½ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes or Cayenne
1/2 cup Red Bell Peppers, diced
1/2 cup Green Bell Peppers, diced
1 tsp. Thyme
1 tsp. Oregano
1 cup Chicken Broth
Salt and Pepper, to taste if necessary
Parsley, for garnish
