Seinen Tod inszenierte der Tatverdächtige wie eine Szene aus einem Horrorfilm: Er setzte sie auf einem aufgelassenen Stützpunkt der russischen Armee in Biatorbág, etwas westlich von Budapest, in einen Steinkreis, dann zündete der Antifa-Aktivist die Puppe an - und erhängte sich nach diesem Ritual neben dem Feuer.

Wenige Stunden zuvor, so berichtet die ungarische Web-Zeitung metropol.hu, konnte die Polizei bei einer Hausdurchsuchung 70.000 Dateien mit Bildern sexuell missbrauchter Kinder bei dem Linksextremisten (37) sicherstellen. Unter diesen beschlagnahmten Materialien waren auch mindestens 300 Videos, die einen besonders grausamen und brutalen Missbrauch von Kindern unter 12 Jahren zeigten, zitieren ungarische Medien die Ermittler. Ein Großteil dieser Videos soll in der Wohnung der Lebensgefährtin des Täters gedreht worden sein.
