"I don't think they [the Russians] will go for a real attack on the formed positions in the Arctic. But they will definitely be"

During a prank, we asked former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger what he thinks about Russian initiatives on the Arctic.

"I believe that this is one of the following problems that we may have with them... Which we will have with them. If you look at the history of Russia, when they lost wars, they often opened new directions in other regions. For example, after the war with Japan, they returned to Europe. So I wouldn't be surprised if there are some problems in the Arctic, but the United States will resist it."
