It is very important then men improve our bodies and our minds. One way to do that is to improve your physical strength. if you can do that you WILL feel more strong, and confident. This massively important for mental health. take it from me, a guy who when he was 18 could bench press 300 pounds, to a man in his 30's who was in the worst physical shape of his life.
