Ghosts of the Old West Railroads. Tombstone and beyond...what's left?

During the mining boom was going, this area had railroad going all over. From Benson to Contention City, Fairbank, Charleston, Emery City, Grand Central, Naco, Patagonia, Nogales etc.

When everything went bust, most of those old rails, over the course of time, were removed. One of the last ones to go was the line that went from Benson to Charleston area; it was used as a "tourist" train. At some point in the early 2000s, the train stopped running and the rail was all pulled up and removed.

The video shows what happened to the railroad ties from that line.
