REAL & LIVING RELATIONSHIP

"Real & living relationship is a two-way street that is teeming with life and mutual benefit"

One of the things that I have noticed over the past five-plus decades of ministry is that spiritual leaders seldom (if ever) relate beyond their immediate spheres of influence. Many of them only relate closely with people who are looking to them for leadership or oversight.

That in itself should be cause for concern!

We ALL need peer-to-peer relationships in our lives that are ordained and covenantal in nature. That in itself can be challenging at times, but it is absolutely essential in helping us remain balanced and grounded in the Faith.

We ALL have blind spots, and we need to have loving brothers and caring friends who have our backs. They should be willing and able to ask questions and openly discuss potential mindsets that could hinder our walk and limit our effectiveness.

Subordinates and followers more than likely will NOT be willing and able to challenge us with things that need to be prayerfully considered or changed.

"Ordained covenantal relationship is birthed by the Spirit, developed by grace and established by love."

This kind of relationship is proven over time, and that can be another way of justifying never getting started.

Most of the spiritual leaders I know, have experienced the worst that the religion of Christianity and the system has to offer, and after many failed attempts to connect with other local elders and regional leaders, they have decided to limit their pursuit to followers and supporters. :(

True sons of the Kingdom understand that they are a part of the body of Messiah, and while we have been graced and gifted as equippers in the ongoing work of true apostolic ministry, we must never allow ourselves to become alienated and isolated from one another in Him.

Our primary responsibility is to the King and His interests, concerning the house that Yahshua is building, which is His Father’s house.

Simply put, we are not islands unto ourselves, and none of us should live or die to ourselves.

"We will never become all that we are foreordained to BE apart from one another in Him"

We all need to find points of agreement with other spiritual leaders within our spheres of influence and form alliances with trusted allies in the days ahead.

It is NOT about building a following, networking, or establishing another denomination or Ecclesiastical Hierarchy.

It is about responding to the call to assemble and advancing the Kingdom through the power of agreement, alignment, and alliance.

It is about representing a more suitable administration and arriving at a better conclusion concerning the consummation of all things in Him. Selah!

THE KINGDOM EQUATION

Agreement + Alignment + Alliance = Advancement

(A more suitable administration)

Let the inner movement of your heart always be to love one another, and never play the role of an actor wearing a mask. Despise evil and embrace everything that is good and virtuous. Be devoted to tenderly loving your fellow believers as members of one family. Try to outdo yourselves in respect and honor of one another. Be enthusiastic to serve the Lord, keeping your passion toward him boiling hot! Radiate with the glow of the Holy Spirit and let him fill you with excitement as you serve him. Let this hope burst forth within you, releasing a continual joy. Don’t give up in a time of trouble, but commune with God at all times. Take a constant interest in the needs of God’s beloved people and respond by helping them. And eagerly welcome people as guests into your home. Speak blessing, not cursing, over those who reject and persecute you. Celebrate with those who celebrate, and weep with those who grieve. Live happily together in a spirit of harmony, and be as mindful of another’s worth as you are your own. Don’t live with a lofty mind-set, thinking you are too important to serve others, but be willing to do menial tasks and identify with those who are humble-minded. Don’t be smug or even think for a moment that you know it all. Never hold a grudge or try to get even, but plan your life around the noblest way to benefit others. Do your best to live as everybody’s friend.
Beloved, don’t be obsessed with taking revenge, but leave that to God’s righteous justice. For the Scriptures say: “If you don’t take justice in your own hands, I will release justice for you,” says the Lord. And: If your enemy is hungry, buy him lunch! Win him over with kindness. For your surprising generosity will awaken his conscience, and God will reward you with favor. Never let evil defeat you, but defeat evil with good. Romans 12:9-21 TPT
