Dorit Rubinstein Reiss is a Professor of Law at UC Hastings College of Law. She is not a licensed attorney.
She is an advocate for vaccine mandates, including, in some circumstances, using physical force to restrain individuals to perform true "forced vaccination," and holds the position that door to door vaccination by police is both constitutional, and can be done in the United States. She also advocates for criminal laws in the US for vaccine declination.
This is a collection of clips of her discussing her views in public forums between 2012 and 2019, pre-Covid.
Note that when she says that door to door vaccination by police in the US can be done, she is sitting next to Dr. Paul Offit who nods in agreement with her.
We encourage those who take her vaccine input at face value to understand the full picture of her extremest views, and see that they cross the line from just expulsion from school or work, into imprisonment and the thread and application of physical violence for vaccine refusal.
