Biden Defends Sending Cluster Bombs To Ukraine

CNN's Fareed Zakaria asked President Biden what made him change his mind when it came to providing cluster munitions to the Ukrainians. Biden said that it was a very difficult decision on his part but that, due to how brutally Ukraine is being attacked by Russia, and since they are running out of ammunition, he made the decision to provide them with the munitions.

Meanwhile, Jake Tapper asked Rep. Barbara Lee to react to the justification for providing cluster munitions to the Ukrainians. Rep. Lee Does not think that there's any Justification for sending the munitions over due to the threat they can cause civilians, especially children: "That's crossing a line."
