I was initially skeptical about the performance of this dethatcher considering the poor condition of my yard, but it surprised me with its efficiency.
The adjustable settings make it easy to tackle heavily matted lawns, although it may require a few passes. I would recommend this dethatcher for smaller yards as it took me several hours over a few days to complete my 3/4 acre yard.
Unfortunately, the collection bag provided with the unit is useless. I ended up using a blower and mower to pick up the debris instead.
