1 mile or 1,760 yards or 88 rounds was the goal, finished with 100 rounds, doing the extra to toughen up.

One handed will strengthen the body pretty completely.

No rest, it takes concentration and mental toughness to complete this add in the heat and a 4AM wake up call, with no food isn't for everyone.
