Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) alleged in a letter sent on Sunday that Internal Revenue Service (IRS) agents were excluded from a briefing regarding an investigation into an alleged “criminal bribery scheme” involving President Joe Biden and his family.

The letter was addressed to United States Attorney for the District of Delaware, David Weiss, who led the investigation into Hunter Biden, the Washington Examiner has reported.

According to Grassley, IRS investigators were not included in a briefing that involved an FD-1023 form, which Republicans claim provides evidence that members of the Biden family received money from foreign groups in exchange for policy favors.
