Looking at Bitcoin's (diminishing?) security spend

In a twitter thread made by Mira Hurley were questions raised about Bitcoin security.

A thread was made that seems to FUD Bitcoin and suggests that its network security is waning.

In this live stream, I promised Miss Hurley to explain some dynamics concerning BTC security and important subtilities which have been glossed-over.
