Ukraine has welcomed home five army commanders who were being held in Turkey after a prisoner swap.

The men were captured more than a year ago during the fierce and prolonged battle for control of the Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol.

Russia has condemned their return and said it breaks the terms of a prisoner swap agreement.
