4 Bills Being Voted On This Week They Don’t Want You To Know About!

In this week's edition of bills being voted on in the United States House of Representatives, I break down and inform you the viewer of 4 pieces of legislation they don't want you to know about. The 4 pieces of legislation being voted on are the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024, the 250th Anniversary of the United States Marine Corps Commemorative Coin Act, the Improving Access to Small Business Information Act, and a bill to amend the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

The National Defense Authorization Act looks to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2024 for military activities of the Department of Defense and for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes while the 250th Anniversary of the United States Marine Corps Commemorative Coin Act looks to require the Secretary of the Treasury to mint coins in commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the United States Marine Corps, and to support programs at the Marine Corps Heritage Center.

The House of Representatives also passed bills a few weeks ago those bills include the Middle-Class Borrower Protection Act, Condemning the use of elementary and secondary school facilities to provide shelter for aliens who are not admitted to the United States Resolution, CHOICE Arrangement Act, Censuring Adam Schiff, Representative of the 30th Congressional District of California Resolution, Fiscal Year 2023 Veterans Affairs Major Medical Facility Authorization Act, Veteran Entrepreneurship Training Act of 2023, To designate the clinic of the Department of Veterans Affairs in Indian River, Michigan, as the "Pfc. Justin T. Paton Department of Veterans Affairs Clinic, Paperwork Burden Reduction Act, Employer Reporting Improvement Act, United States-Taiwan Initiative on 21st-Century Trade First Agreement Implementation Act.

The resolution Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of Title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Department of Education relating to "Waivers and Modifications of Federal Student Loans was also passed but was vetoed by President Biden.
