Spy balloon photographer Larry Mayer's speech at opening of new photo exhibit

Billings Gazette photo editor Larry Mayer, who I worked with to photograph the Chinese Spy Balloon over Montana in February of 2023, gives his introduction at an exhibit of his photography at the Western Heritage Center in Billings on July 7, 2023.
