Learning Blender 3D in 30 days was a challenging but rewarding experience for me. As someone who has been working in 3ds Max since 2000, I had to start from scratch with Blender and familiarize myself with its unique interface and features.
To make the most of my time, I decided to create one small project each day and tackle as many of the basic steps in the 3D pipeline as possible. I began by working through Blender Guru's Donut tutorial, which provided a solid foundation in the basics of modeling, shading, and lighting. From there, I moved on to more advanced topics such as sculpting, texturing, rigging, and animation.

Throughout the process, I made sure to use the Cycles render engine on all of my projects. This allowed me to experiment with different lighting and material setups and see how they affected the final renders. By the end of the 30 days, I was able to create a complete animated character that was able to interact with objects in a scene.
Overall, the experience of learning Blender in 30 days was very rewarding. It was challenging at times, but the sense of accomplishment that came with completing each project was well worth it. I plan to continue using Blender as my main 3D application going forward, and I am excited to see what I will be able to create with it.
