One of my all time favorites🥰

Beef tenderloin is a classic cut to use, here chopped super finely and mixed with some Dijon mustard, Worcestershire, an egg yolk, chopped parsley, capers, shallots and anchovies and some grated @parmigianoreggiano
Adding a splash of bourbon is a game changer; had some @howlerheadwhiskey at home on my hands and it was delishhh🥹

YOLO so I also made some garlic butter ciabatta bread, tossed my double-fried French fries in black pepper, flaky salt, chopped parsley and chili flakes, and a super tasty sauwce out of @hellmannsmayonnaise, truffle and black pepper.
Salad is romaine and roma tomatoes tossed with lemon juice and vino is @catenawines Cabernet Franc🌿🍷
