The first video that started it all, after DMV Chief of Police Joseph R Decker had a complaint forwarded to the Nevada Transportation Authority by DMV Sargent James Robinson to NTA Supervising Investigator John Foster in Las Vegas who sent NTA Supervisory Investigator David Gravel in Reno to seize my documents and threaten me under color of law that if I did not answer his questions he would seize even more papers.
