Baltimore Maryland police officers acting like thugs!
By looking at this video tell me this is no intimidation or creating a way to arrest these citizens. Yeah we all know it crazy in the streets of B-More but professionalism is the key. You have a bunch of hot heads that are young who seems like they need more training.
Seems like this officer has some mental issues!
