Police Response To Mass Shooting Raises A Lot Of Questions

A 17-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with a block party shooting in Baltimore that resulted in the deaths of two individuals and numerous injuries. The teenager, who has not been identified, faces charges including possession of a firearm by a minor, assault weapon possession, reckless endangerment, and carrying a handgun in a vehicle. While referred to as a person of interest, he has not yet been charged with murder. The shooting took place during the annual "Brooklyn Day" celebration, and authorities believe multiple individuals were involved in the gunfire. The investigation is ongoing, and a reward of up to $28,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and charges in the case. Three victims remain in fair condition at hospitals as of the latest update.
