The FEAR of the LORD | What Does the Fear of God Mean?

Should we be afraid of God? So many times we use the fear of the Lord as a motivator to be a good person, to not sin, or to obey God's commandments. We have good intentions when we do this, but it never seems to work. In this video, we'll discuss what the phrase "The Fear of the Lord" really means and how we can properly apply it to our everyday lives so that we can withstand temptation and obey God's word. I'll explain why there is no fear in love and that perfect love casts out all fear. The love of God truly is a better motivator than fear!
