Biden with a pretty damning admission when responding to reporters asking about cluster munitions to Ukraine:

“They’ve run out of ammunition”

Russia has also been using some forbidden tactics for example placing illegal mines. Illegal because they won't defuse in a given matter of time, have secret boobytraps inside the mines to avoid disabling them, mines placed over other mines even 3 on top of another, anti personell mines, mines with proximity perimeter, cluster mines (speaking about cluster weapons) and all sorts of other tactics including blowing up dams all are war crimes. We see on telegram that there are plenty of people actually excusing Russian war crimes just because the Ukranian side also did it. In reality both sides are doing it.
And its preety stupid to pass the ball in USA court for making peace:)
Like we have said Russia atacked another sovereign state Ukraine, both are responsible. And you can't close a war if one side doesn't even admit there is a war, if no declaration of war was issued.

Its ridicolous to suggest USA could make peace when Russia hasn't even admited there is a war in Ukraine, that they are engaged in a war. Lately there is this trend of not calling armed conflicts wars with formal declarations of wars and stuff. I'm not suggesting declarations of war are a way to go as they usually involve more people but without formal things its preety hard to reach a peace agreement also both sides don't want peace.
