It is so easy to talk the talk when you are feeling good. But when the energy is gone we find out what we are truely
Made of.
I thought I was tough but the last six weeks have reminded me how easily I can be beaten when I don’t protect my energy and keep my balance.
It is always good to find these weaknesses before the battle I guess. Find out if you are Japanese steel or Chinese. A weapon for life or a one swing wonder.
But it is the same process of progression between the two I guess. Heating, folding and hammering with the best of natures materials added over and over again.
