Craving foods is due to an ingrained habit. We created the habit of eating a certain something to deal with a certain emotion - usually a bad day or bad moment-so we get a momentary pleasure by eating that craved treat for a momentary pleasure. You celebrated your bad moment by eating. Humans celebrate by eating. Stop it!
