2 Months Sober
46 Days Yoga and Meditation

The hardest part of these two months: facing all of your emotions, traumas and pains. Then moving through/working through those pains.
Sitting with the pain as it rolls through. It's raw, it's hard. It hurts.

The best part: Clarity, Productivity, Consciousness, Health, Healing. 🍃 I get so much done in a day.
I've not stopped since I've started.
I would feel lost without my routine.
It brings me peace of mind, calm and the ability to see myself in all of it's rawness.
