NYC tour bus driver who slammed into city bus gets ticket for running red light

According to the police, a tour bus driver in New York City has received a ticket for running a red light and colliding with a public bus, resulting in 18 people being transported to hospitals. The incident occurred on Thursday evening.

Most of the injured passengers sustained cuts, bruises, and scrapes, as reported by EMS Deputy Chief Paul Hopper. In addition to those taken to the hospital, approximately 60 others requested medical evaluation at the scene.

City transit officials placed the blame on the driver of the Topview sightseeing bus for the collision, the Associated Press has reported.
