Housing Market is a Pyramid Scheme

Every pyramid scheme eventually comes crashing down, just like the real estate housing market. Through regulations, laws, incentives, and other government run programs including bailouts to the "too-big-to-fail" banking institutions, the housing market resembles a pyramid scheme.
