Motor out landing ... how to land if you have a motor out

When we fly a #Paramotor we know that we will eventually have a Motor Out. So to make sure we can spot land, we practice when we get the chance. If I am low on gas I'd climb high above the LZ and then glide down for a spot landing. Or I will go up and turn off the motor to glide in and spot land.  Do you do this?
