Houston man allegedly found after 8 years was never missing, police say

Rudolph "Rudy" Farias, a Houston man who was allegedly found last week after being reported missing eight years ago as a teen, was in fact not missing at all, police announced Thursday, but was believed to have been at home the entire time of his purported disappearance.
