For the second day running, Parliament has debated the State of Nation Address as recently presented by the Head of State.
Members of Parliament appreciated government and the President for improving health services which some legislators say has increased the life expectancy to 62.5 years.
However, some have decried the poor state of roads in west Nile sub region and the illegal possession of firearms asking government to expeditiously address the two issues at hand.
