Homelessness Equals Governmental Breach Of Contract

This video is in keeping with my earlier What The Minister Said video.
Governments are contracted service providers, only, and if the do not deliver the services we pay our taxes to fund these services, then the government is in Breach Of Contract-and it is an applicable charge.
I believe that claims can be made against your state government and its members-the Parliamentarians- for the reasons outlined in the video.
