Despite not being an expert in the fitness realm, I've managed to grow my chest muscles through these 4 workouts:
1. Flat Bench Press: 4-5 x 4
2. Decline Bench Press: 5 x 4
3. Incline Dumbbell Bench Press: 5-8 x 4
4. Cable flies: 24 x 4

I pick weights which I can do 4-5 reps of for the first 2 exercises, and the weights I can do 5-8 reps of for the incline dumbbell bench press. For cable flies, I do 24 reps for Kobe Bryant, the basketball legend, and I do 4 sets of that.
