TrainingTips 0031 Jaseh/Tora Drill - Front Stance

In this drill we expand on our normal "C-Step" movement drill in Front Stance and add a traditional backward/rear leg 180 degree turn.

This exercise will help in the performance of line-drills when moving up and down the floor.

Pilsung Moo Do is roughly translated in Korean as "The Martial Art/Way of Certain Victory"

Master Celona also currently holds the rank of Blue Belt in BJJ
