Happy Independence Day, Let’s Not Forget What That Means!

The Declaration of Independence is the religious doctrine of this country. It clearly lays out that this land was created, that you and I where created, and that our Creator gave us life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as our rights, inalienable rights. Meaning they should not be taken away and if they are those taking them will be accountable to the creator. Further, it states that we the people created government (not our Creator) to protect our rights given to us by our Creator. This is what our nation was established upon. Additionally, the Declaration of Independence clarifies that the people have the right to throw off the government when it is no longer protecting the rights that it was established to secure. The people should not do so for transient reason but should if the purpose of government is not being meet. That purpose is to protect the rights of you and I and nothing more. Happy Independence Day!
